Changes in your order
We understand that sometimes changes occur whether its in the color, quantity, or variety of your order. For this reason we offer to make any changes upon request with at least 7 days prior to delivery and if the amount of the order that is being changed is equivalent or higher than your original order.
Change in Delivery Address
If there happens to be a change in plans and for some reason you need your flowers delivered to a different location you can simply call us and change the shipping address at no extra cost, the only thing we ask is that you do this within 5 days of the scheduled shipping date.
With FedEx as our logistics partner we offer shipping from our farms in Ecuador directly to your front door. Once FedEx provides us with your tracking number we immediately send a email to you with this tracking number so you can track your package from the minute it leaves our farms until it reaches your front door. If at any moment FedEx experiences any type of delay we will contact you immediately with the information given to us from FedEx. We are not responsible for any packages that arrive a day before or after the scheduled shipping date. If your package is by any chance late please contact FedEx immediately.
If you wish to make any cancelations they
must be made within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date and a cancelation
fee of 15% will be applied. Cancellations within 10 days of the scheduled
delivery date will not be accepted. To

Claims & Complaints
If by any chance you are not satisfied with your order, you must contact The Rose Bazaar as soon as you receive your order and digital pictures must be sent to email@example.com. All complaints & claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order. Pictures must include a perfectly clear view of the product along with pictures of the labels on the box. Once we receive the pictures they will go through inspections where it will be verified by one of our experts to determine if you are entitled to a full refund.
All content included, but not limited to literature, images, slogans, and designs are property of The Rose Bazaar. Our team is periodically checking the web and if at any moment we find any copyright infringement we will be forced to take legal actions against the parties involved.
